RV CAMPING MEMBERSHIPS

This is a custom-sized heading

🎙️ Introduction

Hello everyone and welcome to the RV Inspection and Care podcast and video.
I’m Dwayne, a certified RV inspector, and today we’re discussing huge changes to Thousand Trails RV camping memberships.

I haven’t talked about Thousand Trails in a while, but I always say: it’s the single best thing we did to save money on full-time travel.

Why?
Because Thousand Trails parks offer:

  • Full hookups: water, sewer, trash, and electricity
  • $0 per night stays at most parks

Our upgraded plan lets us camp for about $3 a night, even with dues factored in!

⚠️ Huge Membership Changes

Let’s dive into the major changes Thousand Trails has made:

  1. No More Lifetime Memberships
    • Replaced by 2-year or 4-year terms
    • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at term’s end
  2. No More Resale Option
    • New memberships cannot be resold
  3. All Upgraded Plans Are Now All-Inclusive
    • Annual dues and Trails Collection are included
